That advert in a French Newspaper is a direct answer to SFR who is offering during the same period a new unlimited plan named "happy zone", with free unlimited calls if you call from your house, or just near your house.
I will ad above a picture of the SFR ad, taken in the Paris Subway.
Bouygues said in it's advert "with us, you can call for free, and not just from your house..."
