In the US, unlimited are really unlimited, with "all you can eat" options.
In Europe, unlimited are alaways limited.
Limited to on net,
Or limited to night and WE,
Or limited to a few numbers (CUG),
Or limited to range of time during the day (from 6PM to 6 AM)
Or, as the SFR plan presented above, limited to the call that you're making at home or near your house... (linked to one base station)
