In the US, unlimited are really unlimited, with "all you can eat" options.
In Europe, unlimited are alaways limited.

Or limited to night and WE,
Or limited to a few numbers (CUG),
Or limited to range of time during the day (from 6PM to 6 AM)
Or, as the SFR plan presented above, limited to the call that you're making at home or near your house... (linked to one base station)

I saw that MVNO in LA, at Santa Monica.
They had a very "hype" postionning.
One of their offers was that one: All you can eat (voice + sms) for 99 $.
For sure, that kind of offer will have a nice avenir in the coming years elsewhere in the world.
